I was not in the market to sell my home nor am I going to be for at least a while but I found so much useful information relating to real estate on this site that I keep coming back on a regular basis. I decided one day to contact Dan to ask a question about the market and all the fears of recessionary times and he explained the various aspects and factors that have led us to this point in our economy. This guy is good! He's real easy to talk to and is overall just a really great guy!

I don't waste my time calling anyone else when I have questions regarding real estate; he always has time for me and never makes me feel pressured or unwanted.

Where do we start? Dan is dedicated, charismatic, professional, loyal and a God sent. I dislike shopping, even for a house, but it did not take long with Dan looking out for our every need. He had it down to a fine art, wasted no time, and presented like no other we have ever seen. He prayed with us and prayed for us, and our prayers were answered. We feel truly blessed...with His power and blessings Dan did what I am sure no other agent has done...he had our deal wrapped up within a day and negotiated a 4 Day closing.....YES A 4 DAY CLOSE!!! I needed a vacation, but in our new home, I feel like I AM on vacation. Dan, thanks with all our heart and may God bless you through many more.

Daniel is a today agent (technologically speaking) with a yesterday mentality (Customer's always right, that is). He sold our home for a price we never thought possible! He even brought in a professional stager to make our house look better than we ever thought (we almost didn't want to move....just kidding).
